Hopes of working moms that we can make
In society, we can see many working women who have children in family. They work in a company for providing income to family and care for their children in home after working. They experience difficult because they should pay attention to both career and family. And the system for working mom still lack in society. For them, we should do three things. Leave system in company, facilities for working moms, and system of helping to find other work. With three factors society can help them to balance work and family.
Many of companies should build the system for female employees who soon or already have children. But in many of Korean companies working moms don't benefit from the leave system because they don't set the system for working mom. If they give birth to baby, they will be fired. Because they can't work in some period. It is wrong. The working moms work because they want to save their future and children. With growing their children they should pay to entrance in university, something to eat and others. So they balance work and family although it is easier to do only one thing. If female employees give birth to baby, company should give them leave system to nurture children. It is really help to them. For example, Starbucks Korea gives two years of baby break to female employees. Other company should do like this firm.
Second, Government should support working moms when they work in company. While they work in company, they cannot care for their children. In Korea, facilities of caring for children aren't a lot. So working moms often ask to care their children for their parent. In a survey, 73.1% of the working moms said they have many trouble in balancing work and family. I think the reason why they have trouble is that they must concern with their children during working time. If government support to these facilities for caring children, the life of working moms will be better.
The last thing we should do for working mom is system of helping to find other work. Usually when they give birth to their children, they stop working in their company and nurture their children for several years. And when their children grow as they entrance in middle or high school, the working moms find new job. However, they spent much period in nurturing children, their working skills are declined. So many companies don't hire them. To help them, we should build the system of educating them. For example, in Germany, the federal government founded some facilities for educating business skills the working moms who want to work again. So a lot of german firms hire female employees who didn't work lots of time because of children. This system will help women who want to work again.
Although we satisfy three things for working moms, their life is still difficult, because they should success in both areas. However, we don't now finish to building the three factors in our society. Today, most of women want to work after they have children. If we help them with the three things, our society will be happier and developed. If working mom success to balance work and family, they will do more economic activities. So with three things, our life will be increased.
I liked your writing because it not o ly described hardship of working moms you add specific solution to it. However I think it would be better to add some catchy pgrases in beginning paragraph. enjoyed reading!
