Inessa Kim/page 52/June 25th, Summer session

The main reason of divorce is a dissapointment. When people get married, they overestimate their marriage, extol their love and think about their spouses as a good match for living together. However, after marriage people often show their real personality, moderate romance and cease to please the spouse. Also they start to see flaws in each other and cannot accept it. Therefore, the love fails and the marriage ends with a divorce, sometimes peacefully and calmly, sometimes with a betrayal and big scalndals.

  1. I think the three reasons why you think married couples get divorced are they overestimate each other before marriage, and get disappointed on each other after it. I think it's a good reason, but my suggestion is to think of some more reasons to it. It will make your essay stronger and more logical. Thank you.

  2. They may knew each other quite a bit when they are in a relationship. So I believe it is the lack of communication and caring that ruins their marriage life.
